“Arts for All” is an inclusive program which underpins our commitment to make professional theatre available to all who wish to partake.

Sensory-friendly performances have slight modifications to the show itself. These modifications could include bringing up the lights during a spooky scene, or lowering the volume for a loud song. Seizure triggers such as flashing lights are altered, and loud, surprising noses are visually cued or eliminated. We’ve also added societal accommodations to support audiences with cognitive and developmental differences.

Our Relaxed performances aren’t modified, but still have the same helpful accommodations for patrons who need them, including the ability to leave and return if they need a break. Our hope with our relaxed performances is that those who simply need societal accommodations are getting the most authentic theatre experience possible.

We encourage patrons to choose the experience that makes them feel the most comfortable.

Volunteer at our Arts for All performances!

Our ‘Purple Shirt’ volunteers add an extra measure of support to our Arts for All audiences, ensuring that patrons can easily find their seats, access our facility, and take a break when they need to. If you have a passion for helping special needs individuals and their families - and you love free tickets to future shows! - volunteer for our next Arts for All performance.
